Playing at Sheffield’s Foundry on Saturday 15th April, Peter Hook & The Light are starting their first UK tour dates of 2023 with a set of fan favourites. Followed by performances in Cardiff and Cambridge, these intimate shows will be filled exclusively with the sounds of one of Manchester’s greatest exports, dubbed “Joy Division: A Celebration.”
As one of the founding members of Joy Division, Peter Hook will be treating fans to their seminal debut ‘Unknown Pleasures’ and its equally iconic follow-up ‘Closer’ in their entirety (and sequentially in track order), with the accompaniment of his band The Light. Promising a retrospective evening, those attending can also expect to hear New Order classics as an appetiser.
Judging from their previous performances in Sheffield, especially Tramlines back in 2019, this gig will be a big one, and tickets are flying, so grab them while you can! This is your chance to hear classics like ‘Disorder,’ ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart,’ and ‘Age of Consent.’
TICKETS & DETAILS:
Tickets for the show are priced at £32.50 + BF
